About idea-writes STL Aeropsace

About the Blog

This blog is about aerospace of any kind.  I liked aircraft since I was a child.  They're fascinating.  World War II brought it home when my brother and I put together models of various planes.  This fascination perpetuated looking at National Geographic magazines.  When Shuttle came about, it just took me over the moon.  Now in this era of government uncertainty, a fledgling new space market, and a well-established aviation market, there is much to read about.

I try to bring some of the aircraft and spacecraft to light with some of my own opinions/insights to this blog.  Young minds love to read and search and learn about new stuff.  My goal is to perpetuate this enthusiasm and hopefully encourage them to get into science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Thanks for reading.
